ReFi DAO’s governance framework aims to balance decentralized autonomy with coordinated oversight, empowering ReFi Local Nodes and Network Initiatives to operate independently while ensuring alignment with the DAO’s mission, vision, and values. The Biannual Retrospective & Strategic Plan guide the next six months, outlining key objectives, priorities, resource allocations, and roles, ensuring accountability and adaptability as the DAO evolves. To enable agile decision-making, ReFi DAO uses an optimistic and consent-based governance system, allowing proposals to move forward unless significant objections arise. Smaller initiatives can proceed autonomously through a do-ocracy approach, while larger proposals follow a structured review process, with accountability measures tracking milestones and ensuring transparency.
